Standard Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 within the contiguous 48 United States. We ship as many of our packages via USPS Priority Mail at this rate; however, the method of shipping is determined by the size and weight of the package. For larger, heavier packages, we often ship UPS.

Shipping & Delivery Times
In stock items typically ship within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment. Delivery time typically takes 2-5 business days.

Items shipped from the manufacturer typically take about 3-4 days processing time and about 5 days in shipping. All items shipped in this manner are indicated in the item description.

Package Tracking
If you have registered for an account on our website, you may log in at any time to check the status of your order. You will also be emailed when your order has shipped and the tracking number on the package will be included.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zuzuʼs Toy Store. If you are unhappy for any reason please return the item within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). If you would like to exchange an item, you will receive a credit equal to the purchase price towards a new item. Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
